These are essentially brand new,

got a 3 mile track workout in them and a 5 mile tempo run on the treadmill. After my testing, I believe I’m a size 12.5 not 13. They run a little longer and wider than I expected, usually I struggle finding enough width and length in shoes since I have a little wider than normal foot.
